North Shore Beaches close to the Hawaiian Romantic CottageKahili: (Rock Quarry) Beach 300 yard walk from the cottage. Swim in the lagoon almost all year round! Promises some of the most visually stunning scenery on EARTH! Kauapea: (Secret) Beach 3 minute drive from the cottage and 100 yard (steep) walk to the beach. Dolphins flock here in the summer months, whales in the winter. Romantic view of the Kilauea Lighthouse. Kalihiwai Beach: 3 minute drive from the cottage. Access the Kalihiwai River for kayaking right from the beach as well as passing the waterfalls and river of the Kalihiwai ValleyAnini Beach: 10 minute drive from the cottage. A very short side trip will take you to Anini Beach, which offers calm waters, protected by the largest reef in the Hawaiian Islands.Hanalei Beach: 15 minute drive from the cottage.Great beach for socializing and hanging out. Walking distance to Hanalei town.Tunnels Beach: 30 minute drive from the cottage. Fantastic snorkeling in the summer months.Kee Beach: 40 minute drive from the cottage. Beautiful views can be enjoyed at this beach at the end of the road on the North Shore. Good snorkeling and hiking. Arrive early since parking can be difficult. This beach is next to the trailhead for the Kalalau trail hike.This visually impacting experience includes the Historic Kilauea Town, with its Plantation Era stone buildings, and the Kilauea Point Lighthouse & National Wildlife Refuge, where you can see rare and beautiful wildlife and unsurpassed Ocean & Mountain Views! Journeying further north will bring you to the Princeville Resort. Situated on a high volcanic bench overlooking the sea, Princeville is a complete resort community, which includes the number one rated golf course in Hawaii, the Prince, as well as breathtaking world class views. Down the hill from Princeville is the Hanalei River Valley, another beautifully serene and picturesque location with its world-famous Hanalei Town, the Hanalei Bay Pier (where you can see Puff the Magic Dragon) and the days of old Waioli Huiia Church. This is followed by an incredible 9 mile Scenic Drive from Hanalei, along a spectacular stretch of miles of sandy beach coastline, through Haena, past Maniniholo Dry Cave and Kee Beach to The End Of The Road! Here you can find the worlds most beautiful beaches, with a back drop of dramatic mountains, waterfalls & lush jungles.**Please use caution at all times on all beaches. Many beaches do not have a lifeguard. Enter the water at your own risk and never turn your back on the ocean. The surf on the North Shore can be extremely rough in the fall and winter months. The undertow can be very strong at all times.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 2 guests. CHECK IN: 3:00PMCHECK OUT: 10:00AMCLEANING FEE: $175.00DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: The initial rental payment to hold the reservation is 1/2 of the total payment, due within 7 days of booking to confirm your reservation. The balance due for the rental is to be paid 90 days prior to arrival. Return of your deposit may take 30 days. Security Deposit is refundable if there are no damages.CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation received 91 days or more prior to scheduled arrival results in return of all monies prepaid, less $200 administrative fee. Cancellation received 90 days prior to scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of rent + GET + TAT. Housekeeping and Security Deposit will be returned in full. Travelers insurance is advised.

RESERVATION

RATES: Our 2011/2012 rates are $395 per night, plus 4.166% GE tax, 9.25% TA tax, $175 housekeeping fee and a $500 deposit. High season rates are $495 per night. Long-term rates are available for this property.
