RATES: Our 2008 rates are $525 per night, plus 4.166% GE tax, 7.25 TA tax, $175 housekeeping fee and a $500 deposit. Holiday season rates may be higher than regular rates. Long-term rates are available for this property. Weddings and Events can be held on the large lawn overlooking the ocean, with views of the Kilauea River and surrounding mountains.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: 2 guests.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT: The initial rental payment to hold the reservation is $1500, due within 7 days of booking to confirm your reservation. The security deposit of $500 is included in the initial deposit. The balance due for the rental is to be paid 60 days prior to arrival. Return of your deposit may take 30 to 60 days. Security Deposit is refundable if there are no damages.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation received 61 days or more prior to scheduled arrival results in return of all monies prepaid, less $100 administrative fee. Cancellation received 60 days prior to scheduled arrival will result in forfeiture of rent + GET + TAT. Housekeeping and Security Deposit will be returned in full.
